I got stuff in WAV and transcoded it for everything. Whee.

So today ended up not being that bad. Yesterday I spent heavily medicated because of whatever the hell Colorado decided to do with the air pressure causing massive knee pain. Today however, I got to work on time, got lots of work done, actually had what I think was the first customer ever while working here call in today, and got my prorated rent for the month which is much much less than it normally is. So, good day.

I’ve been waiting for this for quite some time. Contemplating swapping out the drive in my Macbook (again) and maybe gaining some battery life.

So, its been awhile since my last real post that didn’t consist of a word or 2, so I thought I’d punch something up. We’ll go in sort of reverse chronological order.

• I got lasik on Friday. Yes, that lasik where your vision is fixed. It was a trip. About thirty seconds per eye and boom, you can see pretty much instantly. Right afterward you go home and sleep, but waking up afterward was so weird, and the last few days have been weird too since I don’t have to worry about glasses anymore.
• As a result of finally having lasik, I went clothes shopping. Went to Nordstrom, Macy’s, Gap, and Old Navy, and I think I spent about $300 or so on just clothes. I’ve desperately needed clothes though. T-shirts and cargo pants all the time were getting annoying, especially when rotating between maybe 5 different shirts that don’t have holes in them.
• As I said in the previous post, I saw Wall E on Friday as well. Best movie Pixar has made to date. It was so incredibly done. Instant BluRay purchase when it comes out, and I NEVER say that about any movie.

That’s all that’s sort of important. We’ll have to see what goes on this summer.
